Hot Springs & Well-being The ultimate sauna experience surrounded by Hokkaido nature

Due to the present expanding trend of wellness and outdoor activities, saunas are thriving not just in Japan but around the world. A common sauna practice is to sweat in the heat and steam, then soak in the refreshing water bath before stepping outdoors to bask in the sun. After a few repetitions of this, one can experience a state of physical and mental well-being known as "totonou," or “sauna trance.” As a treasure trove of natural beauty, Hokkaido is an ideal location for a high-quality sauna experience.
