Opened in 1954, this is a long-established Jingisukan restaurant in the center of Susukino that serves excellent fresh mutton with a special sauce that is a Susukino specialty. The secret sauce, prepared by the proprietress herself, can only be tasted here. It is a delicacy that has many fans among tourists and Sapporo residents alike. The best way to finish off your meal is to put the remaining secret sauce, onions, kimchi, and other ingredients on a bed of rice, and pour tea over it to make the meat juices melt into the rice.
