Norbesa (Ferris wheel nORIA)

The only rooftop Ferris wheel in Hokkaido that offers a "moving" night view of Sapporo.

Sapporo's first rooftop Ferris wheel is located on the roof of Norvesa, a commercial complex in Susukino, and is decorated with a variety of LED lights. Noria is the Spanish word for Ferris wheel. The Ferris wheel is 45.5 meters in diameter, 78 meters above the ground, and takes you on a 10-minute walk in the air, where you can see the beautiful cityscape of Sapporo surrounded by greenery and get a bird's eye view of the neon lights of Susukino. The Ferris wheel is open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before holidays, making it easy to enjoy the night view of Sapporo. In addition to the Ferris wheel, there are also amusement facilities such as bowling and restaurants where you can enjoy the night view, making it a great place for a date!
