Roadside Station Sarabetsu

Located at the intersection of the Sarabetsu-Makubetsu and the Oda-Toyokoro roads, at the entrance to the Tokachi Speedway, it takes about 15 minutes by car from Tokachi Obihiro Airport or the Sarabetsu Interchange on the high-standard highway to reach this roadside station. Here you can find seasonal produce such as green asparagus and potatoes, as well as beans and processed goods such as udon noodles made from Sarabetsu wheat, potato starch, and cheese. Products made from Sarabetsu-grown plums, such as drinking yogurt, wine, dressings, jams, and local cider, are also available. The Donguri no Mura potato chips, in particular, are a popular product of Sarabetsu Roadside Station, loved by fans all over Japan.
