Di-Maccio Art Museum, The Forest of Taiyo

Appreciate the world's largest oil painting at a museum nestled in the forest of the sun

The Di-Maccio Art Museum was opened by renovating an abandoned elementary school. Inside the museum, the world's largest oil painting by a French illusionist, measuring 9 meters high by 27 meters wide, as well as more than 200 pastel paintings, drawings, and other representative works are on display. The museum shows "Mysteries of the Universe, Mysterious Beauty, to the Unknown Black Hole!" eight times a day, the world's largest oil painting is illuminated in various colors with magnificent music. In the sculpture garden outside the museum, bronze and stone sculptures by artists from Japan and abroad are on display.
