Kita no Canary Park

Exhibits include actual costumes used in the movie "Canaries of the North."

This park was used as a location for the Japanese movie "Canaries of the North," which was released in 2012. The main facility is the "Reitan Elementary School Cape Branch," a school building built for the movie. Inside the school building, you can see photos and costumes from the filming, as well as a virtual mannequin of the lead actress. One of the highlights of the park is the spectacular view of Rishiri Island, which looks as if it is floating on the ocean.
