Umi no Uchu-kan (Sea Space Center)

Mr. Takaki Terasawa, a nature photographer living on Teuri island, invested his own money to open this facility, with the desire to let as many people as possible know about the rich nature of the island, one of the world's most important seabird breeding grounds. The museum displays photos taken by Terasawa and provides real-time information on the island's nature. There is also a coffee corner where visitors can drink freshly brewed coffee. The museum also sells original goods and unique souvenirs themed on wild birds and flowers, which are sure to become a special memento of your visit.
