Rishiri Island Station "Seaweed Village, Rishiri

Try your hand at making a one-of-a-kind original piece of art!

Rishiri Seaweed Pressed Leaves" uses seaweed grown in the sea of Rishiri Island as a material for art, and seaweed that had no use has been reborn as a material for the seaweed craft experience. At Shima-no-Eki, visitors can try their hand at making a one-of-a-kind piece of art using these pressed seaweed leaves. There is also a "Stone Storehouse Gallery" in the stone storehouse of Shima-no-Eki, where you can view seaweed crafts that are only displayed here.
