Niikappu Horoshiri Horse Riding Club

The Nikappu Horoshiri Horse Riding Club is located in Niikappu Town, one of Japan's leading horse-producing areas, where horse farms spread across the magnificent land, and is only an hour and a half drive from New Chitose Airport. The majority of the horses enrolled in the club are all former racehorses, many of them were engaged in central and local horse racing and have won significant prizes, as is typical for a horse-riding facility in a horse-producing region. It is a rare horse-riding facility where visitors can enjoy riding on the backs of thoroughbred horses. The most popular course, "Experience Forest Course (50 minutes)," is suitable for novice horse riders and allows you to experience real horse trekking in the forest while being guided by an instructor. The clubhouse offers a wide range of unique horse goods in addition to the extensive riding facilities, which include riding grounds (both indoor and outdoor) and horse stables. The clubhouse also provides a spectacular view over Hokkaido, with a panoramic vista of the Pacific Ocean and the Hidaka mountains.
