Roadside Station ☆Romankaido Shosambetsu

The entire Misakidai Park, which is located on the ocean side of Route 232, was registered as a roadside station in 2007. The vast site is home to a variety of facilities, including a hot spring hotel, an astronomical observatory, restaurants, and a go-kart track, making it a fun place for the whole family. The scenic view of the Sea of Japan has made it one of the most popular tourist spots in Shosambetsu Village. The auto-camping site, where on a clear day you can enjoy a panoramic view of Rishiri Fuji and the islands of Teuri and Yagishiri, is also recommended.
