Otoineppu
A roadside station in the smallest village in Hokkaido.
This roadside station is located at the junction of National Routes 40 and 275. Otoineppu's catchphrase is "A Village of Forests and Artisans," and the rest house has indeed a relaxed, woodsy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy freshly boiled Otoineppu soba noodles and a wide variety of ramen noodles, and also buy many kinds of souvenirs, such as woodwork, yokan (sweet bean jelly), and black soba noodles, a specialty of Otoineppu. This is a great place to take a break and relax.
