The Shirotai Skyline is a mountain pass that winds through Shirotai Farm and offers a panoramic view of Mt. Komagatake to the north, Mt. Hakodate to the south, and the Ono Plain below. It is becoming increasingly popular as it offers a different perspective of the famous night view of Hakodate. In addition to the night view, it is also a driving spot where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic Ono Plain and Mt. Hakodate during the day, as well as the deep green of early summer and the changing leaves of autumn. The farm management office has an indoor observation space, which is open to the public from mid-May to mid-October.
