This is a bakery cafe tucked away in the shade of a tree in Jozankei Onsen. You can soak in the footbath of the spring water and taste the bread you have purchased. The most popular item is the creative side dish bread made with Hokkaido wheat and a collaboration between bakers and chefs of Japanese and Western cuisine. Every day, about 15 kinds of breads are displayed in the store, and you can also eat in by ordering a drink!
