Amaebi Factory

Haboro is known for its sweet shrimp. The "Amaebi Factory" is a processing factory and directly managed store specializing in amaebi, beautiful and fresh amaebi carefully caught by shrimp basket fishing. You can taste sweet shrimp in a wide variety of dishes, including shrimp octopus rice bowl. There is also a directly managed store that sells fresh seafood only available here, as well as original processed products such as sake-steamed sweet shrimp and young shrimp confit. The rusks, made from fresh sweet shrimp baked into a savory texture without chemical seasonings, are safe to enjoy as a snack for adults or for children, and are recommended as souvenirs.
