Moiwa, which is 531 meters above sea level, is one of the most famous night view spots in Sapporo and is visited by not only Sapporo citizens but also many people from home and abroad. The ropeway and mini cable car will take you to the top of the mountain, where you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city of Sapporo and the Ishikari Plain.
