Sunflower Fields in Ozora Town

You can see hundreds of thousands of sunflowers blooming in Oozora Town's sunflower fields in three main areas: Tomap River Park, the area around Asahigaoka Park, and the area around Memambetsu Airport. The view from the Asahigaoka Park Observatory is particularly popular. The best time to visit is usually from early August to early October, and the yellow of the sunflowers fills the area around the observatory and far beyond. The three areas have different blooming periods, so you can see sunflowers blooming for a long period of time from late July to early October in Ozora Town.
