Asahikawa Ramen Village

Asahikawa Ramen is said to have evolved from the original Hokkaido Ramen that originated in Sapporo. Each store has its own characteristics, but the basic features are the soy sauce-flavored broth made from pork bones and seafood, the fat floating on the surface of the broth to prevent it from getting cold, and the shriveled noodles that are well blended with the broth.
