A winery that cares about making wine with handcrafts

A red-roofed small winery located on top of a hill, Hosui Winery is dedicated to making wine by hand, from the cultivation of Chardonnay, Lemberger and other varieties of grapes, to the brewing and bottling. The recommended wine is RICCA, which uses only grapes from their own farm. Look out for the cute labels with snowflakes, typical of Hokkaido! The view of the vast vineyards that can be enjoyed from the winery is also fascinating. Visitors here can observe the brewing process, taste the wine, and enjoy shopping for wine at their leisure.
